Well - like anything - it's not just one thing, but I can pretty much narrow it down to Three!
I have been using coconut oil in my hair at least 3 times a week, and no ordinary coconut oil, but Organic Coconut Oil from The Coconut Tree.
The shampoo and condition also have Argan oil, which we already know is amazing for hair.
If you are a celebrity spotter you will also know that many high profile celebs swear by coconut oil, internally and externally on a daily basis.
Topically there is no doubt this is an amazing hydrator and conditioner and is so gentle on the hair and body.
I have been talking collagen Peptides religiously for the last 6 months. I alternate between bovine and marine. My go to is Optima Nutricosmetics for marine, however I am going to rotate that with the Swiish Glow next month. For Bovine I love Kissed Earth, the pineapple coconut in the morning is delish!
Side note is this is not just great for your hair, for me it was kind of a nice by the way side affect. It is also amazing for skin, nails and joints, which is the main reason I take collagen peptides, the shiny healthier and what seems to be fuller hair is just a bonus.
For as long as I can remember I have had blonde highlights every 4-6 weeks and have hammered my hair with hot tools. This year I decided to merge into a beliage, which means less colour, less bleach, less often.
I have also been trying to only blow dry and only use tools when absolutely necessary.
The result is much better condition and therefore less breakage.
Now this didn't happen over night - I would say at least a few months but what I have found is looking after the hair I have plus feeding my body collagen peptides to help with healthy hair growth is a inside out story of how holistic care and being consistent over time can bring you the results you are after.
